Terms, approvals and delivery scope
Customized work should be governed by the written quotation, approved specification and applicable policy rather than assumptions made from general website copy.
Specification controls
The written order record should identify dimensions, quantity, material, print coverage, finishing, artwork version, proof status, price, tax and delivery scope.
Customer approval
The customer is responsible for approving supplied content, names, dates, page order, codes, dimensions and any proof required by the agreed workflow.
Production changes
A material substitution, artwork revision, quantity change or additional finish can affect price and schedule and should be recorded before production continues.
Delivery policy
Pickup, packing, courier, installation, risk, charges and timing are order-specific. Nationwide delivery is conditional, and international shipping is separately reviewed rather than guaranteed.
