Packaging specifications

Custom Packaging and PP Bag Printing in Pakistan

Click2Print® reviews customized packaging inquiries for retail, food, cosmetics, apparel, ecommerce and industrial use. Share the product, dimensions, material, quantity, print coverage, finishing, artwork, packing needs and delivery city.

Packaging begins with the product, dimensions and quantity

Product boxes, courier packaging, retail packaging, cosmetic packaging, food packaging, apparel packaging, labels and PP bags each require a different material and production review.

Product fit

Provide product dimensions, weight, orientation, fragility and how the pack will be filled, stored, displayed and transported.

Structure and material

Confirm whether the requirement is a box, bag, sleeve, label or courier pack, along with material, thickness and any food-contact or handling considerations.

Print and finish

Share brand colors, print coverage, inside printing, lamination, foil, spot finish, handles, closures or other required details.

Quantity and logistics

Minimum quantities, samples, packing, production timing and delivery depend on the structure and material. These are confirmed with the quote.

Service methodology

PP Bag Printing: specifications and production guidance

Order custom printed polypropylene woven bags for rice, flour, grain, retail and industrial packaging from Click2Print® Pakistan.

Suitable uses and requirements

  • custom woven PP bags
  • printed polypropylene bags
  • branded packaging bags
Available sizes and measurements
Provide finished dimensions, usable capacity, opening/closure and artwork panels. A physical sample or dieline may be required for custom construction.
Materials or deliverables
Material and thickness are selected for the contents, load, handling, moisture exposure, sealing and print method. Food, chemical or regulated uses require customer-supplied compliance requirements and written suitability confirmation.
Printing technology or workflow
The printing and converting method is chosen from material, construction, coverage, quantity and durability. The route does not imply one universal packaging process.
Finishing options
Confirm cutting, gussets, handles, closure, lamination, sealing, reinforcement, packing and any variable markings relevant to the product.
File requirements
Supply the final approved file at the intended dimensions. A print-ready PDF is generally preferred; editable AI, CDR, PSD, EPS, SVG or suitable raster files may be reviewed by arrangement. Check spelling, names, dates, page order, codes and contact details before approval.
DPI and resolution guidance
For close-view raster artwork, 300 ppi at final size is a common target. Large-format work may use a lower effective resolution after scale and viewing-distance review. Changing only the resolution metadata does not add image detail.
CMYK and RGB guidance
CMYK is generally preferred for print artwork. RGB artwork may change during conversion. Identify spot colours and critical brand-colour requirements before proofing; screen appearance is not a guaranteed printed colour match.
Bleed and safe area
Bleed and safe-area requirements depend on the product, trim, fold, binding and production method. Confirm the required amount before export and keep essential text and logos away from trim, fold and binding edges.
Quantity considerations
Packaging often involves setup and material minimums. State exact quantity per size/design and ask for the current minimum rather than relying on an assumed threshold.
Production notes
Approve dielines, seams, folds, handles, mandatory text, barcodes and orientation using the final construction. A sample may be needed before bulk production.
Pricing methodology
Pricing is based on the complete specification, including dimensions, quantity, versions, material, print coverage, production method, finishing, artwork condition, packing, delivery, installation where relevant and applicable tax. A calculator result is a planning estimate unless a written quotation confirms it.
Delivery information
Pickup or delivery scope is confirmed per order. Suitable orders may be coordinated from Lahore for delivery across Pakistan, subject to product suitability, packing, courier availability, destination, charges and schedule. International shipping is reviewed separately and is not guaranteed.

Quality-control checkpoints

  1. Record the approved dimensions, quantity, material, finishing and delivery scope.
  2. Check artwork structure, resolution, colour setup, bleed and required safe areas.
  3. Confirm names, numbers, dates, page order, barcodes, QR codes and variable data.
  4. Use a digital or physical proof where the job and agreed workflow require one.
  5. Produce from the approved specification and record material changes before continuing.
  6. Inspect agreed finishing, count, packing and handover details before dispatch or collection.

Service questions

What details are needed for a PP Bag Printing quotation?

Share the intended use, finished dimensions or deliverable scope, quantity or number of versions, material, finishing, artwork status, required date and pickup or delivery destination. Click2Print® will confirm applicable options in writing.

Does the displayed information guarantee the final price?

No. A web estimate or general price indication is not a final offer. The written quotation should confirm the complete specification, delivery scope, tax treatment and validity before production.

How is timing confirmed for PP Bag Printing?

Timing depends on artwork readiness, material availability, quantity, production method, finishing, proof approval, packing and delivery. A deadline is accepted only when it is confirmed for the specific order.

Direct answers before you place an order

Can packaging be made in a custom size?

Yes, custom dimensions can be reviewed after the product size, clearance, material, structure and quantity are confirmed.

Can labels be included with a packaging order?

Labels and packaging can be discussed together. Supply the label size, material, quantity and application surface separately.

Are minimum quantities required?

Many packaging methods have practical minimum quantities. The applicable minimum depends on material, structure, print process and finishing.
