Follow this process to help Click2Print® review your job accurately. Production begins only after the artwork, specifications, proof where required and payment are confirmed.
Ten steps from initial requirement to pickup or delivery
Keep the final approved specification in writing so every decision is clear before production.
2. Share size and quantity
Provide exact finished dimensions, orientation, number of versions and quantities for each version.
3. Select material and finishing
Share a preference or ask for suitable options based on use, handling, durability and budget.
4. Upload or send artwork
Send a print-ready PDF where possible, plus linked files, fonts or variable data when needed.
5. Confirm location and deadline
Provide the pickup or delivery city, full delivery scope and the date the completed order is required.
6. Receive quote guidance
Review the quoted specification, quantity, price, exclusions, payment terms and expected production timing.
7. Approve proof where required
Check names, dates, phone numbers, dimensions, page order, colors, spelling and finishing notes before approval.
8. Confirm payment
Use only official payment information and keep the applicable payment confirmation with the order record.
9. Production begins
The team schedules production after the required file, specification, proof and payment confirmations are complete.
10. Pickup or delivery
Confirm the handover contact, packing, courier or pickup arrangement and any delivery charges.

Written requirement
Record the product, dimensions, quantity, material, finishing, artwork version, required date and delivery destination.
Proof responsibility
Where a proof is part of the agreed workflow, the customer should approve names, dates, page order, codes, size and finishing instructions before production.
Production control
The approved specification becomes the production reference. Changes should be re-priced and re-approved where they affect output or timing.
Handover evidence
Keep the quotation, payment record, approval and courier or pickup evidence with the order documentation.
